How to obtain My Number Card
There are two ways to apply for My Number Card:
- Apply for it when you submit the Moving-In Notification. → Submit the “My (Individual) Number Card Application Form” to the municipal office.
- Apply at a later date. → After you submit the Moving-In Notification, you will receive the “My (Individual) Number Card Application Form” by mail at a later date. You can fill out the form and submit the application online using PC or smartphone, or by mail.
If you wish to minimize the in-person procedure at the municipal office, choose the option #2.
You can spend more time in preparing the application.
